Facing The Giants

Hello again,

So I'm going to tell you about a movie that has really inspired me.  That movie is called "Facing the Giants."

It is a movie about a high school football team from a private Christian school and their journey from being the worst team in the league to going beyond expectations.  The movie is also follows the coach's journey as he struggles in his personal life as well as handling and managing the football team.  It also follows a young boy who is new to the town and tries out for the team.

The movie shows what happens if you give your all to God.  Throughout the movie, the coach is praying for the best and God is answering in amazing ways.

There is one realy powerful scene in the movie that shows what can happen when you give your all to something.  This one guy on the team is being a jerk and doesn't think that the team can win.  The coach makes him do a drill where he has to crawl with a teammate on his back.  He feels the burn but keeps going on, with encouragement from his coach.  His teammates look on in awe as he makes it to the endzone... the other endzone! he makes it across the whole field while carrying 160 pounds on his back!  It is probably the most motivational scene I have ever seen in a movie.

Well that is all I will say about this movie.  But I strongly recommend it to everyone.  It is great movie and I think everyone would benifit from watching it.

Until I write again... Farewell.
