Film Review
Bon Cop Bad Cop is a film that very well illustrates the relationship between Quebec and the rest of Canada. It is one of those movies that is so funny in some parts, but also super serious in other parts. It is very effective for this film. Patrick Hourd plays the Quebecois cop very well, as well as playing the father role. He was exactly what the director was looking for, I think. Colm Feore also plays the cop from Ontario well. He is practically the same character as Hourd, but with a twist. For one, he is a lot more polite. Both these characters actions are justified throughout the film. Bouchard(Hourd) plays the concerned father and ruthless cop exceedingly well. Ward(Feore) plays the good cop and helpful friend well too. Some of the scenes are extremely well done and most in a very creative way. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes cop movies and a lot of action.

New Hambug
So we got a choice on how to write about a local place that we are familiar with. So i am going to soothe your eyes and minds with a haiku about the New Hamburg water wheel.
Water wheel stands tall
Right beside the muddy Nith
Sight for all to see
Okay. So I am definitely not a poet. That was probably the worst haiku in the world. I should probably just delete it and do something else, but since I am not very good at writing stories either, I will just post this. It might be terrible but I'm hoping it is one of those "It's so bad it's good" things.
